Besides her parents she is survived by one sister, Elizabeth Anne Kitchen, two brothers, Waverly and Herman Kitchen and several aunts and uncles. Burial services were conducted at the grave in Riverside Cemetery at Courtland Tuesday morning at 11:00 o'clock by Rev. John B. Isom. The choir of Courtland Baptist Church sang "Jesus Loves Me" and "Have Thine Own Way Lord." It states she was born 29 Jun 1942; died 29 Jun 1942, age 8 days; and was buried 29 Jun 1942. Dr. E.M. Babb saw her 28 Jun, and she died the next day (Monday), suffering Convulsions of Undetermined cause.
