Kitchen, of Ivor of Monday afternoon at three o’clock by the Rev. Mr. Butler, pastor of the Christian Church; assisted by the Rev. S.C. Crawford, pastor of the Baptist Church. Mr. Kitchen was the son of the late W.R. Kitchen and Molly Andrews Kitchen and is survived by two brothers, R.J. Kitchen of Ivor and W.L. Kitchen of Zuni. Members of the Baptist choir sang the hymns "Near the Cross," "Sweet Bye and Bye" and "The Old Rugged Cross." Pallbearers were Sol Jenkins, John Birdsong, Payton Gay, Layton World, Jim Clark and W.C. Rawls. Interment took place in the Ivor Cemetery. James Henry KITCHEN, Sussex Co. native, d.
