John Williams of Sunbeam Baptist Church. W.J.M. Holland & Sons Funeral Home, Franklin, was in charge. Pallbearers were Howard Ellis, Lemuel Roundtree, C.L. Vick, James Bryant, J.L. Porter, J.R. Holloman, Edward Darden and Genie Drake. Mrs. Keene, 54, died Monday at 6:30 p.m. after a heart attack. A native of Southampton County, she was the wife of Joseph Benjamin Keene and a daughter of Mrs. Martha Johnson Dunlow of Newsoms and the late George W. Dunlow. She was a member of Sunbeam Baptist Church. Besides her husband and mother, surviving are five sisters, Mrs. Mary Hargrave and Mrs. Alice Hargrave of Suffolk, Mrs. Fannie Buckner of Newsoms, Mrs. Naomi Turner of Boykins, and Mrs. Rose Kitchen of Franklin; four brothers, George Dunlow and James T. Dunlow of Handsom, Luther B. Dunlow of Zuni, and Emmitte Dunlow of Newsoms. [Annie (DUNLOW; Mrs. Joseph B.)
