A native of Buckingham County, she was the widow of Dr. William Irvin Knight Sr. and a daughter of Eli Fuller and Mrs. Minnie Hudgins Davidson. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Richmond, and its W.M.U. and active in the Southside Day Nursery of 20 years. Surviving are a son, Dr. Wm. I. Knight Jr.; one brother, C.R. Davidson of Emporia; two grandchildren John and Jane Knight of Franklin; and two nieces, Mrs. Marvin Jones of Dillwyn and Mrs. John Horner of Richmond. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Virginia (DAVIDSON; Mrs. William I.
