He was the husband of Mrs. Helen Anderson LeHew of Franklin and a son of Thomas and Mrs. Rebecca LeHew of Kansas. He was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Rice Lake, Wis. Born in Kansas, he lived in Rice Lake until 15 years ago, when he moved to Franklin. Besides his widow, surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Gladys L. Moore of St. Paul, Minn., and Mrs. Evelyn L. Johnston of Franklin; one brother, Robert LeHew of St. Paul, Minn.; and one sister, Mrs. Ruth Marks of San Bernardino, Calif.; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A funeral service was held today (Thursday) at the Holland Funeral Chapel at 2:30 p.m. by the Rev. Ira D. Hudgins, pastor of Franklin Baptist Church, with burial in Poplar Spring Cemetery. Pallbearers were Reynold Tinetti, S.J. Gagner, Herman Blythe, Martin Wagenbach, W. Britton Morris and Arthur Smith. Montz Cornelius LeHEW, of Franklin, formerly of Rice Lake, WI, b.
