Holland Funeral Home by the Rev. Ira D. Hudgins, pastor of Franklin Baptist Church. Burial will be in Poplar Spring cemetery. Mrs. Lloyd, 94, died early yesterday in a Durham, N.C., hospital, after a brief illness. She was the widow of Henry Walter Lloyd of Franklin and a daughter of Joseph Andrew and Mrs. Annie Filmore Johnson of Chatham County, N.C. She was a member of Franklin Baptist Church. Surviving are two sons, Arthur E. Lloyd of Maxton, N.C., and Joseph L. Lloyd of Franklin; a daughter, Mrs. James B. Comly of Ardmore, Pa.; three sisters, Mrs. B.F. Williams of Durham, Mrs. W.W. Fields of Pittboro, N.C., Mrs. Effie Petriet of Jacksonville, Fla.; a brother, Lucian D. Johnson of Sanford, N.C.; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Willie Pace, Jr., Willie Weede, L.J. Johnson, Richard Peters and Roy Edwards. Cora (JOHNSON; Mrs. Henry W.)
