LUTER IVOR - Joseph Williamson Luter, 50, died Tuesday morning in a Suffolk hospital after a brief illness. A lifelong resident and farmer of Southampton County, he was a son of the late John S. and Mrs. Laura Bailey Luter and the husband of Mrs. Cora Munford Luter. He was a member of Ivor Baptist Church. Besides his widow, surviving are four daughters, Mrs. David R. Ricks Jr. of Courtland, Mrs. Terry T. Vick of Franklin, and Miss Linda Kay Luter and Miss Jo Ann Luter of the home; a brother, John Sam Luter of Hampton, and four granddaughters. A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday in Purviance Funeral Chapel, Wakefield by the Rev. R. Berkley Garnett. R. Berkley Garnett. Burial was in Ivor Cemetery. Pallbearers were J.J. Bradshaw, Randolph Garner, George Carr, Merrell Carr, Clarence Newsome, D.D. Briggs, Robert Rawls, John T.
