Lucille LANKFORD & Little Sister 

  TWO BODIES DISINTERRED. - Dr. L. Lankford, of Norfolk, this week had the 
remains of two of his children disinterred from the cemetery at Black Creek 
Church, Southampton county, placed in a casket and moved to Warrenton, N.C., 
[sic; error*] where they were re-buried beside their mother.  The children 
had been buried about ten or twelve years. 


Lucille LANKFORD, daughter of Dr. Livius & Mary Conway (BURNLEY) LANKFORD, 
b. 2 Jan 1879, d. 3 Dec 1885, Southampton Co., 
interred in Black Creek Baptist Church Cemetery**, 
re-interred in Jeffersonton Baptist Church Cemetery*, 
   Jeffersonton, Culpeper Co., VA, Sep 1895, 

Lucille's little sister, daughter of Dr. Livius & Mary C. (BURNLEY) LANKFORD, 
b. 29 Oct 1886, d. 23 Jun 1887, 
interred in Black Creek Baptist Church Cemetery**, 
re-interred in Jeffersonton Baptist Church Cemetery*, 
   Jeffersonton, Culpeper Co., VA, Sep 1895,
