She was the wife of Leonard R. Magee and a daughter of Julius* Benjamin and Mrs. Estelle Crumpler Story. She was a member of Capron Baptist Church. Besides her husband, surviving are two daughters, Mrs. James C. Garner of Colonial Heights and Mrs. Mildred Montgomery of Toronto, Canada; a brother, G.F. Story of Washington; two sisters, Mrs. W.H. Harris and Mrs. Virginia Drake of Richmond; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A funeral service was held Wednesday in W.J.M. Holland and Sons Funeral Home, Franklin, by the Rev. D.L. Ward of Colonial Heights and the Rev. R.H. Marks. Burial was in Capron Cemetery. Pallbearers were John Hunter Harris, Frank Harris, John Partridge, Allen Partridge, Raymond Tyus and Roy Snyder. Helen's parents are buried in Sycamore Baptist Church Cemetery.
