ANNIE LEE EDWARDS BABB JOHNSON MELSON 

  Mrs. Annie Melson, aged 58, died at the residence, 622 Maltley Avenue, 
yesterday morning at 5:25 o'clock.  She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. 
John Denson, Mrs. Lucy Denson, and Mrs. Rosa J. Morris; a son, Berkley Babb; 
17 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.  The body will be taken from 
the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Twenty-ninth and Granby Streets, to the 
Courtland Methodist Church, Courtland, for funeral services tomorrow afternoon 
at 2 o'clock.  Burial will be in the family cemetery.*

   Her Indian name was Tratpoma.

Her mother's name has been added to the plot (18C) of her second husband, 
   John W. WESTBROOK, in the SEBRELL-SIMMONS Cemetery, Sebrell.
