CALVIN LEE MUNFORD*

   SEDLEY - A funeral service for Calvin Lee Munford was conducted Wednesday 
at 4:30 p.m. in W.J.M. Holland & Sons Funeral Home by the Rev. C.L. Gatling of 
Black Creek Baptist Church and the Rev. I.S. Collins of Franklin Church of 
God.  Burial was in Rosemont Cemetery, Sedley.

   Pallbearers were Ronnie Johnson, James Johnson, George Parker, Junius Vick, 
David Hargrave and Mick Collins.

   Munford, 40, the husband of Mrs. Florence Lankford Munford, died early 
Monday in a Williamsburg hospital.

   A native of Southampton County, he was a son of Mrs. Allie Gay Munford and 
the late Thomas Munford.

   He was a member of Black Creek Baptist Church and a mechanic.

   Besides his widow and mother, surviving is a sister, Mrs. Clinton Babb of 
Franklin.
