Melissa R. Munford 

  COURTLAND - Melissa Rose Munford, newborn daughter of Charlie J. and Joan 
Harrell Munford of 200 Hanging Tree Road, died Saturday in Southampton 
Memorial Hospital. 

  A funeral service will be held today at 3 p.m. in Southampton Memorial Park 
by the Rev. Edwin C. Thornton Jr.  W. J. M. Holland & Sons Funeral Home has 
charge.

   COURTLAND - A funeral graveside service for Melissa Rose Munford, infant 
daughter of Charlie J. and Mrs. Joan Harrell Munford of 200 Hanging Tree Rd., 
Courtland, was held Sunday at 3 p.m. in Southampton Memorial Park by the Rev. 
Edwin C. Thornton Jr.

   Besides her parents she is survived by a sister Kimberly Paige Munford of 
Courtland and her maternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Edward Harrell of 
Ahoskie, N.C.
