Manry, 78, died Thursday in a Newport News hospital. He was a native of Southampton County and a retired farmer. Survivors include a brother, John K. Manry of Portsmouth; and nieces and nephews. A funeral will be held Saturday at 3:30 p.m. in Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, by the Rev. Kenneth Williams.
