Charles E. Smith. W.J.M. Holland & Sons Funeral Home was in charge. Pallbearers were Robert Lassiter, Linnie Gray Jr., Robert Mackan, Lee Presson, Earl Tingler and Richard Rose Jr. Miss Murray, 55, died Thursday in a Newport News nursing home. A native of Surry County, she was a daughter of Walter Dennis and Mrs. Ida Bell Murray. She was a member of Franklin Congregational Christian Church. She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Sadie Coggsdale of Franklin; a brother, Samuel D. Murray of Norfolk; and a nephew, James E. Coggsdale of Franklin.
