A native of Southampton County, she was the widow of Frank Lewis Marks. She was a retired schoolteacher, teaching in the Southampton County System. She was a member of the Capron United Methodist Church. She is survived by a number of cousins. Funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Capron United Methodist Church with the Rev. Eric R. Alexie. Burial will be in the Capron Cemetery. Eric R. Alexie. Burial was in Capron Cemetery, with McDowell Funeral Home, Boykins, in charge. Mrs. Marks died Saturday in the Hermitage Methodist Home, Richmond. A native of Southampton County, she was the widow of Frank Lewis Marks. She was a retired teacher of Southampton County public schools and was a member of Capron United Methodist Church.
