Niblett, died at her home in Boykins Thursday afternoon, June 17, after a long illness. She was 69 years old. Mrs. Niblett was the daughter of the late F.C. Roberts** and Mrs. Charlotte Butler Roberts of Windsor. Surviving are her husband, W.G. Niblett of Boykins; three daughters, Mrs. L.C. Drake of Sunbeam, Mrs. F.M. Powell, Sr. of Boykins and Mrs. R.T. Stephenson of Raleigh, N.C.; four grandchildren; two brothers, Rev. J.M. Roberts and A.K. Roberts of Windsor; two sisters, Mrs. B.P. Gay of Smithfield and Mrs. George Britt of Windsor, and a host of friends and relatives. She was a member of Windsor Christian Church and the Epworth Bible Class of the Boykins Methodist Church. Mrs. Niblett was a devoted wife and mother and a loyal friend. Funeral services were conducted at her home last Friday afternoon by Rev. F.B. Handley, assisted by Rev. C.P. Cleveland of Newsoms and Rev. R.D. Stephenson of Franklin. The choirs of both churches sang "The Old Rugged Cross" at the home and "Asleep In Jesus" at the grave. Mrs. H.M. Purviance sang as a solo "Home of the Soul." Interment was in Beechwood Cemetery. Pallbearers were: R.T. Stephenson, F.M. Powell, L.C. Drake, Thomas Niblett Stephenson, Graves Powell and L.C. Drake, Jr. Charlotte Belle (ROBERTS; Mrs. Walter G.)
