O’berry departed this life December 17, 1928, at her home in South High Street at the age of 37. Her husband, James A. O’berry, preceded her to the grave twelve* years ago. She leaves to mourn her going two children, James A. Jr. and Mildred O’berry. The funeral services were held at Poplar Spring Cemetery Tuesday afternoon at 4 o’clock by Dr. Geo. H. Spooner, assisted by Rev. J.W. Fix. The body bearers were: Aubrey Gray, Vernon Gray, John Beale, Tom Johnson, Jack Johnson, Sidney Johnson.
