CORENIA MAE BRYANT OVERBY

   BOYKINS - Corenia Bryant Overby, 64, of East Street, died Oct. 10, in her 
home.

   Mrs. Overby, a native of Margaretsville, N.C., was a member of Branchville 
United Methodist Church.

   Survivors include her husband, Alton H. Overby; a son, Alton H. Overby Jr. 
of Boykins; her father, Robert R. Bryant of Pendleton, N.C.; a sister, Alice 
B. Richey of Conway, N.C.; a brother, Fletcher R. Bryant of Pendleton; and one 
grandchild.

   The graveside service was conducted Monday in Beechwood Cemetery by the 
Revs. Phil K. Foote and Lee Bowers.  McDowell Funeral Home handled 
arrangements.

   Memorial donations may be made to the Branchville United Methodist Church.
