Culler of Waynesboro, Penn., struck the aged man in what was described as an unavoidable accident. Mr. Pope was walking along the highway going towards Carrsville and the automobile was traveling towards Suffolk. A motorist who was driving just behind the other vehicle said that the man appeared to fall or stagger into the path of the car driven by Miss Culler.
