ADELAIDE B. PACE 

  Adelaide Bradshaw Pace, 95, died May 14, 2000, in Yorktown. 

  Born in Wallace, N.C., she was a daughter of the late L.V. and Sula Carter 
Bradshaw and the widow of Henderson Leigh Pace.  Mrs. Pace was a member of 
High Street United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women. 

  Survivors include two daughters, Susan P. Bass of Portsmouth and Janet P. 
Gladstone of Little Rock, Ark.; two sons, Henderson Leigh Pace Jr. of Newport 
News and Roy Carter Pace of Yorktown; eight grandchildren; and six great-
grandchildren. 

  A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Poplar Spring 
Cemetery with the Rev. Edward C. Johnson officiating.  Memorials may be made 
to High Street UMC, 301 W. 1st Ave., Franklin, VA 23851.  Wright Funeral Home 
is in charge.
