PACE Adelaide Bradshaw Pace, 95, died May 14, 2000, in Yorktown. Born in Wallace, N.C., she was a daughter of the late L.V. and Sula Carter Bradshaw and the widow of Henderson Leigh Pace. Mrs. Pace was a member of High Street United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women. Survivors include two daughters, Susan P. Bass of Portsmouth and Janet P. Gladstone of Little Rock, Ark.; two sons, Henderson Leigh Pace Jr. of Newport News and Roy Carter Pace of Yorktown; eight grandchildren; and six great- grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Poplar Spring Cemetery with the Rev. Edward C. Johnson officiating.
