He is survived by his wife, the former Miss Evelyn Clifford Blythe of Franklin; one daughter, Miss Edna Mae Patrick; one son, Henry Riley Patrick, both of Franklin; his parents, Charles Henry and Mae Swindell Patrick, and grandfather, G.R. Swindell of Weeksville, N.C.; two brothers, Herbert W. Patrick of Camp Polk, La., and C.H. Patrick of Norfolk; two sisters, Mrs. Roger Whitley of Franklin, and Mrs. Herbert Aydlett of Norfolk. Funeral services were conducted Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock by the Rev. R.D. Stephenson, burial being made in Poplar Spring Cemetery. Pallbearers were J.F. Winbauer, Purcell Blythe, Harry Ward, Marshall Wise, William Blythe, Roger Whitley and Herbert Aydlett.
