CHESAPEAKE - Richard Augustus Peters Jr., 65, died Thursday in his home at 1123 Chesapeake Ave. A native of Franklin, he was the son of Richard Augustus and Mrs. Laura Emory Peters and the husband of the late Mrs. Florence Hardeman Peters. He was a member of Franklin Baptist Church. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Constance Bradshaw of Richmond and Miss Emory Ann Peters of Norfolk; two sisters, Mrs. Lorena Beale and Miss Blanche Peters of Franklin; two brothers, Patrick H. Peters of Richmond and James Shelton Peters of Falls Church; and two grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Thutsday at 11 a.m. in Poplar Spring Cemetery, Franklin, by the Rev. Ira D. Hudgins of Franklin Baptist Church. The body is at W.J.M.
