Holland & Sons Funeral Home, Franklin, by the Rev. Charles B. Spivey of Capron and Vincent Grove Methodist Churches. Burial will be in Beechwood Cemetery, Boykins. Pallbearers will be E. Beale Carter Jr., Victor Grizzard, G.L. Williams, Fred Worrell, Marvin Cook, J.W. Pope Jr., P.E. Modlin and Dr. David Williams. Pulley, 63, died in Southampton Memorial Hospital, Franklin Monday evening. A native of Southampton County, he was the husband of Mrs. Nettie Vaughan Pulley and a son of Frank and Mrs. Ella Gray Pulley. He was a retired farmer. He was a member of Vincent Grove Methodist Church. Besides his widow, surviving are a son, James A. Pulley, and a daughter, Miss Lucille Pulley, both of Courtland; a brother, Marvin Pulley of Sedley; and three grandchildren.
