Joshua PRETLOW 

  Mrs. [sic; Mr.] Joshua Pretlow, a very estimable citizen of 
Southampton county, died recently, aged 68. 


Joshua C. PRETLOW, former JoP & Delegate, Confederate veteran, 
b. 9 Nov 1826, Southampton Co., d. 17 Aug 1895, 
interred in "Jerico" ("Beechwood") Cemetery*, 
"The Norfolk Virginian," Vol. 50, No. 80, Aug. 24, 1895, p. 6, col. 3 

*His parents are also buried there.
