Brittle. Burial was in Rosemont Cemetery, Sedley, was Masonic rites at the grave. Pallbearers were: James T. Moser, Leslie E. Holt, Kirby H. Wright, Otis A. Schmitt, Elmer C. Downing and Alan M. Spiller. Pruden died Thursday in DePaul Hospital. A native of Franklin, he was the husband of the late Mrs. Dorothy Lisk Pruden. He was a retired inspector of Norfolk Naval Air Station and an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. He was a Presbyterian and a Mason. Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Selma P. Vaughan and Mrs. Margaret P. Jackson of Richmond and Mrs. Avril P. Joyner of Jarratt; three nieces; and two nephews.
