Porter, Jr., son of B. A. and Etta M. Porter, was born February 14, 1916, and died November 11, 1920. He was buried the next day. Friday, November 12, in the family burying ground at his grandfather's, Rev. C. H. Kidd conducting the service. "B.A." was the youngest of three brothers in his home and through all his life he was shut in by affliction, but he was of a bright disposition and much beloved and petted by his loved ones and so much missed by father, mother and the two brothers. Still in their grief they can look up and feel that he is now happier than he ever could have been here. His last days were so full of pain and now he is where there is no pain, waiting on the other side for the loved ones he left behind. Berkley A.
