Raiford passed away Friday morning, May 11. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at Corinth Friends church of which she was a member, Rev. J.A. Stanfield officiating. Interment was in the family plot at Mrs. J.T. Raiford's. Mrs. Raiford had been in declining health for a long time. She leaves to mourn their loss a number of children and grandchildren, besides a host of other relatives and friends. Much sympathy is felt for the family in their bereavement. ****************************************************************************** A CARD OF THANKS We wish to express our appreciation and thanks to the many relatives and friends, who so kindly gave their services and sympathy during the illness and death of our dear mother, Mrs. Alice Raiford.
