Ira D. Hudgins. She died Tuesday in a Richmond nursing home. She was a native of Georgia and the widow of Ryland Rose. She was retired from Merchants and Farmers Banks after 31 years. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Shirley R. Smith of Richmond and Mrs. Ann Appleby of Franklin; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Annie Laurie (JONES; Mrs. G.
