Rose of Norfolk and daughter of the late John A. and Mrs. Virginia McCrainey Parrish of Georgia, died in a Norfolk hospital at 11:30 o’clock on Tuesday morning, January 20. Besides her husband, she is survived by a sister, Mrs. N.S. Deaver of Brunswick, Ga.; a half-sister, Mrs. Ryland Rose of Franklin; and several nieces and nephews. A native of Sparks, Ga., and a former resident of Franklin, Mrs. Rose had made her home in Norfolk for the past 43 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church there. Funeral services were conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home. Helen (PARRISH; Mrs. Frederick M.)
