HELEN PARRISH ROSE 

   Mrs. Helen Parrish Rose, 66, wife of Fred M. Rose of Norfolk and daughter 
of the late John A. and Mrs. Virginia McCrainey Parrish of Georgia, died in a 
Norfolk hospital at 11:30 o’clock on Tuesday morning, January 20.

   Besides her husband, she is survived by a sister, Mrs. N.S. Deaver of 
Brunswick, Ga.; a half-sister, Mrs. Ryland Rose of Franklin; and several 
nieces and nephews.

   A native of Sparks, Ga., and a former resident of Franklin, Mrs. Rose had 
made her home in Norfolk for the past 43 years.  She was a member of the First 
Baptist Church there.

   Funeral services were conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home.
