She was the daughter of the late William H. and Rebecca B. Rose of Franklin and a member of the Franklin Baptist Church. She is survived by three brothers, Fred Rose and Livy Rose of Norfolk and Robert H. Rose of Jacksonville, Fla., and two nieces. Funeral services were conducted from the Franklin Baptist Church at 2:30 o’clock Friday afternoon by Rev. Randolph Gregory and Rev. R.D. Stephenson. Interment was in Poplar Spring Cemetery, the pallbearers being W.M. Weede, R.C. Branch, Jr., Vance W. Vaughan, John H. Panton, Robert O. Hayes, Ellsworth Jones, Herbert Edwards and J.E. Wright.
