RUTH FORBES GORDON RICE

   FRANKLIN - A funeral service for Ruth Forbes Gordon Rice was held Friday, 
July 16 in Poplar Spring Cemetery.

   She lived at the Masonic Home of Virginia.

   She died there July 15.

   Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Thomas D. Gordon of Union Level; a 
granddaughter, Mrs. Charles H. Jenkins of Morristown, N.J., three step-sons, 
John C. Gordon of Richmond, Pomeroy Gordon of Kilmarnock, Va., Joseph E. Rice 
of Detroit, Mich. and one step-daughter, Miss Jean Rice of Richmond; and two 
grandchildren.

   Memorial donations may be made to the Masonic Home of Virginia, Richmond, 
Va.
