Mr. Rogers, a Courtland native, reproduced antique furniture. He was a member of Main Street United Methodist Church and the widower of Sarah Scott Rogers. Survivors include a daughter, Beverly A. Whitley of Suffolk; a son, Harvey A. Rogers of Midlothian; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A graveside service was conducted Friday in Riverview* Cemetery, Courtland by the Rev. David Lewis. Memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity. R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
