Riddle of Norfolk, died early Sunday morning, November 4, after an illness of several years duration. She was the daughter of the late Isaac and Caroline Bradshaw Crumpler of this county. Besides her husband she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Mary Sue Wunner of Norfolk; one grandson, Timothy J. Wunner of Norfolk; and two brothers, Charlie D. Crumpler of Franklin and Crawford Crumpler of Norfolk. Last rites for Mrs. Riddle were conducted at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Sycamore Baptist Church by the pastor, Rev. L.M. Kanipe, followed by interment in the church cemetery. Pallbearers were Jack L. Brown and Griffin Hall of Norfolk, Dewey Sanderford and S.D. Bryant of Raleigh, N.C. and Emmett Drake and Vance Vaughan of Franklin. Elizabeth Sue* (CRUMPLER; Mrs. Paul H.)
