Rawls, and a native of Nansemond Co., died last night at a Petersburg care home. She spend most of her life in the Franklin area, and was a member of the South Quay Baptist Church. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Ellis C. Clarke of Jarrett, Va., and Mrs. Rachel C. Cross of Franklin; one brother, Jacob Oliver Cutchin, Sr. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 13, at 3 p.m. at the graveside, Poplar Spring Cemetery, by the Rev. Donald Trump. The family will assemble at Wright Funeral Home at 2 p.m. The family asks that memorials be made to the South Quay Baptist Church Building Fund. Louise (CUTCHIN; Mrs. John A.)
