Echols Funeral Home, Emporia, had charge. Mrs. Ramsey died March 18. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Eugenia Ruddock of Lake Isabella, Ca. and Mrs. Frances Malone of Lawrenceville, Va.; two sons, Edward J. Ramsey of Richmond and Bert T. Ramsey Jr. of Drewryville; two sisters, Mrs. Rosa Mae Smith of Adams Grove and Mrs. Ruth Lee formerly of Emporia; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
