Percy D. White. Mr. Sipiczky was a member of the Methodist Church and the Wesley Bible Class. He is survived by his wife, one daughter, Mary Emily Sipiczky, two sons, Andrew and Bobbie Sipiczky, all of Courtland. Daniel BATTA, 8 Mar 1947, in Norfolk. They divorced in 1955, and she & her mother are buried with Andrew. He appears in the 1920 Census in Henry Dist., Sussex Co., owning Farm #201. He appears in the 1930 & '40 Census in Jerusalem Dist., Southampton Co., owning a blacksmith shop, on the Courtland-Franklin Highway. His establishment is referred to as a filling station, in an article on the murder of Franklin policeman Vernon Wilson JONES, 10 May 1932, near the shop. SIPICZKY went for his gun, while E.A. BRADSHAW exchanged shots with the murdered, Wille JONES.
