JOSEPH C. SPENCE JR. 

  FRANKLIN - A funeral service for First Lieutenant Joseph Cleveland Spence 
Jr., 23, who was killed in action Christmas Eve in Vietnam, will be held 
Friday, at two o'clock in the Chapel of the W.J.M. Holland and Sons Funeral 
Home, by the Rev. Ira D. Hudgins, pastor of Franklin Baptist Church. 

  Burial will be made in Beechwood Cemetery, Boykins, with full military 
honors. 

  Pallbearers will be military personnel.
