Owen, of Sedley. Miss Spiers was the daughter of the late Benjamin A. and Mrs. Ann Spiers of Sussex County and is survived by eleven nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the grave in Rosemont Cemetery this (Friday) afternoon at 4 o’clock conducted by Rev. A.W Roten of Courtland. ******************************************************************************** MISS PATTIE A. SPIERS Miss Pattie A. Spiers, the last member of a family of ten children, died at the home of her niece, Mrs. C.B. Owen, of Sedley, June 4, after a lingering illness. She was the daughter of the late Benj. J. and Mrs. Ann Jenning Spiers and was born in Sussex County October 3, 1859. The life of "Aunt Pat," as she was familiarly known by a host of friends was one of unselfish devotion to those around her and her great love for children made her a universal favorite with them. She is survived by five nieces and seven nephews. Funeral services were conducted Friday afternoon at 4 o’clock at the grave in Rosemont Cemetery, Sedley, by Rev. A.W. Roten, assisted by Rev. H.B. Owen and Rev. Floyd P. Davis. Active pallbearers were W.E. Spiers, Maynard Bailey, H.H. Chappell, R.W. and C.B. Owen, C.U., W.F. and E.M. Lewis. [Pattie A.
