SEBRELLS FUNERAL SPECIAL TO THE WASHINGTON POST Suffolk, Va. - Nov. 21 - at the funeral services of State Attorney William James Sebrell, of Southampton County, this afternoon, five brothers of the deceased and other near relatives served as active pallbearers. Ten attorneys were honorary pallbearers. The Rev. Mr. Lawrence conducted the rites at St. Luke's P.E. Church. Among those present was Dr. Joseph J.
