All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/va/vafiles.htm ************************************************ BACTYLE STATON SEXTON COURTLAND - A graveside funeral service for Bactyle (Bob) Staton Sexton, 54, was held Tuesday at 1 p.m. in Riverside Cemetery, Courtland by the Rev. Wallace L. Tucker, with Wright Funeral Home in charge. Pallbearers were: Steven Sexton, Mark Sexton, Jack W. Vick, Jimmy Vick, Norman Lee, E.E. Tisdale. Sexton died Saturday in a Washington (D.C.) Veterans hospital. He was the son of the late Robert D. Sexton and Mrs. Gladys Hicks Sexton. A native of Logan, W.Va., he was a Navy veteran of World War II. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Linda S. Goulart of Fairfax, Va.; and two brothers, James Sexton of Waldolf, Md., and Earl D. Sexton of Capron; two grandchildren; two nieces; and three nephews.
