MAUDE VIRGINIA SEASLY

   VERMONT, ILL. - Maude Virginia Seasly, 97, died July 24, in a hospital.

   Mrs. Seasly was a native and a former resident of Southampton County.

   Survivors include one grandchild; one step-grandchild; and two great-
grandchildren.

   Graveside services were held July 28, in Rosemont Cemetery, Sedley, by 
the Rev. Weldon D. White.

   Holland-Rideout Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
