COBB SCOTT A graveside funeral service for Mrs. Anna Cobb Scott was conducted Monday at 2 p.m. in Poplar Spring Cemetery by Dr. R.E. Brittle. W.J.M. Holland & Sons Funeral Home was in charge. Pallbearers were V.B. Harrell Jr., E.L. Marks III, E.M. Scott Jr., V.R. Scott, J.G. Joyner Jr. and Herman Cobb. Mrs. Scott, 96, of Route 2 died Saturday in her home. A native of Southampton County, she was a daughter of Benjamin and Mrs. Jane Buck Cobb and the widow of Calvin Scott. She was a member of Hunterdale United Church of Christ. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Asa Joyner of Franklin and Mrs. D.N. Clark of Fayetteville, N.C.; two sons, Emmett Marvin Scott and Herman A. Scott of Franklin; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Anna M.
