All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/va/vafiles.htm ************************************************ DONALD DIXON STEPHENSON Donald Dixon Stephenson, 31, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Vick Stephenson, Sr., died at the residence near Ivor on Monday morning, March 24, at 7 o'clock, after an illness of two weeks. He was a member of Millfield Baptist Church and the adult Bible class. In addition to his parents he is survived by two brothers, E.V. Stephenson, Jr., of Ivor and Rev. Richard M. Stephenson of Falls Church; a sister, Mrs. John T. Lennon of Amelia; and nephews and nieces. Funeral services were conducted from the residence on Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock by Rev. Joseph L. McTeer, pastor of Millfield Baptist Church. Interment was in the family cemetery at the home, the pallbearers being Bailey Ashby, Edward Ashby, Oscar Drewry, Meredith Felts, Billy Lowe, Paige Pulley, Robert P. Taylor and G.W. Turner.
