Stephenson, age 73 years, died at his home in Philadelphia early Wednesday morning. He was the husband of Miriam Gary Stephenson and the son of the late Richard and Carolyn Crocker Stephenson of North Carolina. Mr. Stephenson, a former resident of Franklin and an employee of Camp Manufacturing Company, moved to Philadelphia a few years ago. He was a former member of the High Street Methodist Church in Franklin and at the time of his death was a member of the United Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia. Surviving him besides his wife are two daughters, Mrs. A.E. Moore of Indiana, Pa., and Mrs. R.J. Tucker, Jr., of Lynchburg, one son, Grover T. Stephenson, Jr., of Springfield, Ohio and six grandchildren. The body will arrive in Franklin on Friday and will be taken to the W.J.M. Holland & Sons Funeral Home and on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. funeral services will be conducted at the graveside in Poplar Spring Cemetery by the Rev. James B.
