MIRIAM GARY STEPHENSON

   Franklin - Graveside services for Miriam Gary Stephenson were held 
Thursday, May 15 in Poplar Springs Cemetery by the Rev. Ira Hudgins.

   She died Sunday, May 11 in a Concord, Mass. Hospital.

   A native of Franklin, she was the widow of Grover T. Stephenson Sr. 
She was a Presbyterian.

   Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Mildred S. Moore of Indiana, 
Pa. and Mrs. Carolyn S. Tucker of Acton, Mass.; one son, Grover T. 
Stephenson Jr. of Springfield, Pa.; and two brothers, Julian H. Gary 
of Norfolk and Walker S. Gary of Charlotte, N.C.
