A native of Southampton County, she was a daughter of Richard M. and Mrs. Martha Vick Stephenson. She was a member of Millfield Baptist Church. Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. W.A. Powers of Northwest, Mrs. R. Earle Woodall of Parksville, Md., Mrs. John Bruce White of Bay View, Eastern Shore, Mrs. Ralph E. Burgess of Wilton, Conn., and Mrs. Lemuel H. Cannon of Ivor, two sons, H. Wayland Stephenson of Franklin and A. Holden Stephenson of Bedford; and 11 grandchildren. A funeral service will be held today, Thursday at 11 a.m. in Purviance Funeral Chapel, Wakefield, by the Rev. J.L. McTeer of Millfield Baptist Church and the Rev. Bryan W. Holloman of Ivor Baptist Church. Burial will be in Millfield Church Cemetery near Ivor. Maggie Olivia (STEPHENSON; Mrs. Floyd H.)
