SADLER Miss Elizabeth Sadler, 86, a well-known resident of the Wakefield community, died Sunday afternoon, August 28, at 4:30 o’clock at the home of her brother, J.H. Sadler, near Wakefield. The deceased was the daughter of the late Charles and Nancy Bailey Sadler of Southampton County. She was one of the oldest members of Millfield Baptist Church, in which she served faithfully for many years. She is survived by her brother, J.H. Sadler of Wakefield; one nephew, Charles Sadler, also of Wakefield; and several nieces. Funeral rites were conducted at Millfield Baptist Church at three o’clock Tuesday afternoon by the pastor, Rev. Thomas N. Tombes. Interment was in the church cemetery. "Bettie" Elizabeth R.
