CLARENCE MOSES STORY 

  A funeral service for Clarence Moses Story Sr., 61, was held Saturday, 
April 6, in W.J.M. Holland and Sons Funeral Home with the Rev. Edwin C. 
Thornton Jr. officiating.

  Burial was in Poplar Spring Cemetery.

  Pallbearers were: William Cross, Harry J. Davis, Wilson Story, Charles 
Bandy, Pete Dunlow, Lewis Cobb Randy Mumford and David Beale.

  Story, of 801 Walnut St., died in Southampton Memorial Hospital.

  A native of Franklin, he was the husband of Mrs. Nellie Cobb Story and 
the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ivory Story.

  He was a retired welder for Union Camp Corp. and a member of Mt. Horeb 
United Methodist Church and of the Woodmen of the World.

  Other survivors include a son, Clarence M. Story Jr. of Franklin; a 
brother, Herman L. Story of Courtland; and a grandchild, Deborah Lynne Story.
