James Marion Story, Jr., 60, son of the late James Marion and Mrs. Pattie Beaman Story, died March 11, at a Williamsburg hospital after a long illness. Surviving his are a brother, Dr. Beaman Story, and a sister, Mrs. Herman Cobb of Franklin, also several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted at the grave in Poplar Spring Cemetery, Franklin, Sunday, March 12, at 6 p.m., with the Rev. Harry Backhus, III, officiating. The pallbearers were: Franklin Edwards, Claude J. Edwards, Major W.E. Snipes, A.J. Beaman, Walter Beaman, W.F. Story, Jr., Story Cutchin and David Bell.
