Ben Ussery, pastor. Burial will be in Beechwood Cemetery, Boykins. The body was taken to the Purviance Funeral Home. Mrs. Smith, 74, died yesterday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William E. Drewry of Burdette, after a long illness. She was a lifelong resident of Southampton county, a daughter of Richard A. and Mrs. Nannie Johnson Gray. She was a member of Boykins Baptist Church. Besides her daughter, surviving are her husband, Willie Jordan Smith of Boykins; one sister, Mrs. Charlie W. Fuller of Boykins; and one grandson.
